“The elevator was closed. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall. There was no coffee machine in the room. There was no ice machine or cups for water. The closet had carpet pulled up. No receipt of payment was provided.”

“Ok visit”

“Roaches in the shower”

“The staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was welcoming.”

“When I first walked into the room, it smelled of marijuana, I went to use the bathroom, and the water was yellow, the light above the vanity took a long time to come on and then the television didn’t work. I ended up walking in the room and flip-flops because I saw a chunk of something that I wiped off the floor. Not impressed at all.”

“They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

“We spent five nights and it felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated laundry machines and the stocked kitchen so we could create meals together. The coffee shoppe gift card was a lovely touch!”
