“When we arrived the lobby smelled of BO. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting. The second floor smelled like weed. The room was disgusting, I didn’t even take my socks and shoes off. The linens looked clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable! I almost just slept in my car.”

“The host was good with communication ahead of time. Upon arrival, the home was in what appeared to be a state of abandonment. The code the host gave was right and we were able to get in. The AC was not on, so it was almost 90 degrees and the house smelled musky. There was what looked like a months worth of mail on the kitchen counter along with some tools (maybe from previous maintenance?).
